I am very happy to call myself a Carmel wedding photographer because I get to shoot at the amazing venues there, one of those being the Quail Lodge in Carmel! Sergey and Monica’s wedding was big, classy and full of heart. Not only do you want to work at beautiful venues, but also with beautiful people inside and out, and that was those two. I was honored to be a part of their day and their story together.

After HMU final touches, the girls headed over to the Quail Lodge getting ready room, which felt like a lux wood cabin. It was a perfect staging area to get Monica into her dress and stiff have time to photographer their GORGEOUS ceremony set up. The nice part about Quail Lodge is that for a carmel wedding on a golf course, you can still find a lot of shade for family photos and even if you have a big wedding party! And obviously, for some stunning scenic portraits which we got to use for their First Look and Just Married portraits before whisking them to the reception close by in a snazzy getaway car! From there it was more stunning views and then party time for all of us!

I knew Sergey and Monica’s wedding was going to be a blast because I actually met Monica through my older brother’s friend group! It’s always extra special when you get to party with friends from your childhood! And they did not disappoint! One of my favorite parts of the wedding is the end of the night–When couples rock it with their fam and guests there is nothing more fun!
